Ingredients & Allergens

Shumai: Pork, shrimp, soy, hand-selected spices.
Wrapper: Flour, water.
Chili oil: Chili peppers, soy, sesame seeds. Minnesota nice spice with a smoky flavor profile.
Allergens: Contains gluten, shellfish, and soy. Chili oil contains sesame seeds and soy.

We operate in a shared kitchen, so cross-contamination with peanuts and nuts may happen.

Each order includes six delectable baos and a zingy dipping sauce. Depending on how hungry you are, there are 2-3 servings/meals per bag.

Serving Suggestions

We suggest pan frying your baos, and topping with sesame seeds and/or chopped green onion. Sesame seeds not included.

  • You can find us inside the brewery. We'll have a $2 off coupon for your next beer purchase!
  • Make sure to bring an insulated bag.
  • Buns should go into the freezer when you get home.
  • Please contact us if you need to reschedule. If no orders are scheduled for pick-up on a particular day, we will not be staffing that pick-up time.
