Char siu meets baos! Cantonese BBQ pork is a classic dish with tender pork and traditional seasonings. You'll find ground pork marinated in a sauce that's a little bit sweet and a lot a bit savory. Paired with our house chili oil. Keep frozen until ready to enjoy. Chili oil can be stored in the fridge.

Ingredients & Allergens

Bao: Ground pork, soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, hand selected spices.
Wrapper: Flour, water.
Chili oil: Chili peppers, sesame seeds. Minnesota nice spice with a smoky flavor profile.
Allergens: Contains gluten, soy, and shellfish. Chili oil contains sesame seeds.

We operate in a shared kitchen, so cross contamination with peanuts and nuts may happen.

Each order includes six delectable baos and a zingy dipping sauce. Depending on how hungry you are, there are 2-3 servings/meals per bag.

Serving Suggestions

We suggest pan frying your baos, and topping with sesame seeds and/or chopped green onion. Sesame seeds not included.

  • Thursdays, 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
  • Fridays, 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm
  • Saturdays, 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm (Saturday pick-ups are on hold due to our event schedule. They will re-open as we have availability. We're sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding! We appreciate you <3)

Select your preferred pick up time during checkout.

Steps:

  1. Please pull around to the back of the building through the alley. (We will post signs.)
  2. You can stay in your car, we'll grab your order number and bring your order to you. Please have your order number ready. If you didn't receive an email/text, check your spam folder.
  3. Bring your buns home and enjoy!

Notes: 

  • Make sure to bring an insulated bag.
  • Buns should go into the freezer when you get home.
