Chef Ed x Brother Justus Dim Sum 10-Course Tasting Menu

Join us for Chef Ed’s first-ever Dim Sum tasting menu at Brother Justus Whiskey Company! Known for their expertly crafted cocktails, Brother Justus is inspired by the true story of a bootlegging Prohibition-era monk, who taught farmers how to make good whiskey, the right way, to lift families out of poverty and put Minnesota whiskey on the map. We’re thrilled to partner with them for a night of unforgettable food and equally delicious drink pairings.

• A 10-course Dim Sum tasting menu curated by Chef Ed Zhang
• Full-Proof and Non-Alcoholic Pairings by Brother Justus Whisky (available for purchase separately)
• Please note that, due to the nature of the preparation, we cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions. Allergens and dietary restrictions include: seafood, shellfish, meat, soy, sesame, dairy, and gluten.
