Bao of the Tiger
Bao of the Tiger
We're back at it with our friends at Union Hmong Kitchen! This week we have for you Yia's Hmong sausage featuring a traditional recipe passed down by his dad. This bao speaks to the history of the Hmong people and showcases bright flavors like lemongrass, fish sauce and Thai chili peppers. Paired with our house smoky chili oil. Keep frozen until ready to enjoy. Dipping sauce can be stored in the fridge.
Each bag contains 6 baos aka 2-3 meals.
