It's low country boil in a bao! We've boiled up shrimp, andouille sausage, Cajun holy trinity (green pepper, celery, onion), garlic, corn, butter, and Cajun spices and wrapped it all up in fluffy dough. Paired with our house spicy garlic butter sauce. Keep frozen until ready to enjoy. Garlic butter sauce can be stored in the fridge.

Each bag contains 6 baos aka 2-3 meals.

Bao: Shrimp, pork andouille sausage, green pepper, celery, onion, garlic, corn, butter, hand selected Cajun spices.
Wrapper: Flour, water.
Butter sauce: Butter, garlic, spices.
Allergens: Contains gluten, shellfish, and dairy.

We operate in a shared kitchen, so cross contamination with peanuts and nuts may happen.

Each order includes six delectable baos and a zingy dipping sauce. Depending on how hungry you are, there are 2-3 servings/meals per bag.

Serving Suggestions

We suggest pan frying your baos, and topping with sesame seeds and/or chopped green onion. Sesame seeds not included.

  • You can find us inside the brewery. We'll have a $2 off coupon for your next beer purchase!
  • Make sure to bring an insulated bag.
  • Buns should go into the freezer when you get home.
  • Please contact us if you need to reschedule. If no orders are scheduled for pick-up on a particular day, we will not be staffing that pick-up time.
