Apple sausage baos just in time for sweater weather. Our house sausage is made from scratch and is paired with our house chili oil. Get ready for a sweet, savory and tangy party in your mouth! Keep frozen until ready to enjoy. Dipping sauce can be stored in the fridge.

Mustard dipping sauce: Mustard, apples.
Allergens: Contains gluten.

We operate in a shared kitchen, so cross contamination with peanuts and nuts may happen.

Each order includes six delectable baos and a zingy dipping sauce. Depending on how hungry you are, there are 2-3 servings/meals per bag.

Serving Suggestions

We suggest pan frying your baos, and topping with sesame seeds and/or chopped green onion. Sesame seeds not included.

  • You can find us inside the brewery. We'll have a $2 off coupon for your next beer purchase!
  • Make sure to bring an insulated bag.
  • Buns should go into the freezer when you get home.
  • Please contact us if you need to reschedule. If no orders are scheduled for pick-up on a particular day, we will not be staffing that pick-up time.
