This week, we’ve partnered up with our friends at 56 Brewing to bring you our beer brat bao featuring their recently released Renewal Amber Rye Ale. Obv, this bao comes with a side of beer cheese dipping sauce. 56 Brewing’s Renewal pairs perfectly with our housemade brat and features caramel and honey on toast notes with a slight rye spice. Keep frozen until ready to enjoy. Beer cheese dipping sauce can be stored in the fridge.

Each bag contains 6 baos aka 2-3 meals.

We operate in a shared kitchen, so cross contamination with peanuts and nuts may happen.

Each order includes six delectable baos and a zingy dipping sauce. Depending on how hungry you are, there are 2-3 servings/meals per bag.

  • You can find us inside the brewery. We'll have a $2 off coupon for your next beer purchase!
  • Make sure to bring an insulated bag.
  • Buns should go into the freezer when you get home.
  • Please contact us if you need to reschedule. If no orders are scheduled for pick-up on a particular day, we will not be staffing that pick-up time.
