Exchanges & Refunds

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you miss your pick up, please send us an email at hello@baobaobuns.com and we can arrange to have your order picked up the following week. If you fail to contact us before the next pick up and/or do not pick up during the next window, your order will be forfeited without refund. You must contact us before arriving at the following pick up window to ensure we have your order ready.

Due to the small size of our company, shared kitchen space, and goal to keep food waste and costs to a minimum, we’re unable to accommodate pick ups one week past your original window. We appreciate your understanding!

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
